Delivery Destinations

CLICKNORDER EUROPE S.R.L. currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Your total delivery window is made up of two stages: Processing Time + Courier Transit Time. We partner with trusted UK couriers to make sure your order reaches you safely and on schedule.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 p.m. GMT (Mon–Fri) are handled the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be picked up on the following working day.

Every order goes through a quality inspection and careful packaging before it leaves us, which is reflected in the processing period.

If your tracking information has not been updated for 5–6 days following dispatch, please reach out to us at: support@sanglasses.co.uk

We will assist you in raising a missing parcel claim with the courier.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment. Use these details to monitor your parcel all the way to your front door.
